Housing Stability
Housing is a human right and essential to your health. We work to create housing opportunities and keep people in their homes. Explore resources and support today.

Supporting Healthy Housing is Our Priority
Access to housing impacts people’s health, whether it affects their finances or even just a safe place to live. This was recognized in Healthy People 2030 and by the Colorado Public Health Improvement Committee in 2024. Housing is also one of the three core areas in the Adams County Health Department’s Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
Substandard housing conditions have the potential to negatively impact people’s health. People face challenges in managing their daily lives due to inadequate housing. That’s why high-quality, safe, and affordable housing is central to individual and community well-being.

Our Housing Stability Accomplishments
