Depending on your family, we have different services available to provide you with the support you need when you need it. Each supports children’s development, answers parents’ questions, and connects you with resources, supplies, and providers.
Which Program Fits Your Needs?
Nurse Support Program
Offers support during pregnancy, the newborn stage, and up to the baby’s first birthday. Families can access this program regardless of whether they are having their first baby, second, or more.
Requirements:
- Must live in Adams County
- Meets income requirements
Nurse-Family Partnership®
This program pairs families with a nurse for visits throughout pregnancy and up until the child is two years old. It is only for families having their first child.
Requirements:
- Pregnant with first child
- Meets income guidelines
- Does not have a bachelor’s degree or higher
