What Foods Do You Get on WIC?
WIC Foods are purchased at local grocery stores with an eWIC card. Healthy WIC foods are selected to accommodate a variety of cultures.
WIC food packages may contain:
- Baby food and infant formula
- Fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables
- Dairy alternatives such as tofu and soymilk
- Whole-grain choices
- Canned or dried beans and peas
- Varieties of canned fish
- Cereal
- 100% fruit and vegetable juices
- Peanut butter
