If you do not have Medicaid, please text or email a picture of your proof of address, income, and identification for each WIC participant, to your closest WIC clinic. Check the list of approved identification documents, also available in Spanish. Please note that the phone numbers below are for texting documents only, not phone calls.

If your WIC appointment is over the phone, please have participants’ heights, weights, and hemoglobin (iron) levels from their most recent doctor’s visit. If you do not have these available, please schedule a time to have these taken at the WIC clinic or your doctor’s office.

Call 1.844.234.4950 to set up your eWIC card PIN. You will need the endorser’s date of birth and zip code.
